In January 2024, the Ministry of Emergency Response and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Emergency Robots", mentioning the promotion of the practical application and demonstration of emergency robots such as drones in the fields of forest and grassland fire inspection and rescue, embankment inspection, emergency command and communication, and material transportation;


In March 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Civil Aviation Administration and other departments issued the "Implementation Plan for the Innovative Application of General Aviation Equipment (2024-2030)", mentioning that it will promote the construction of an aviation emergency rescue equipment system with manned and unmanned, high and low collocation, reasonable layout and complementary functions, and accelerate the demonstration and application of UAVs in the field of emergency rescue;



UAVs have shown great potential and prospects in four stages: pre-disaster prevention and preparation, disaster monitoring and early warning, disaster disposal and rescue, and post-disaster recovery and reconstruction.
